Job description
Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients at home, helping them stay independent and enjoy time with loved ones.
You'll educate patients and families on disease management, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide case management and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care. RN license in the applicable state, 2 years of RN experience (home health preferred), and current CPR/BCLS are required.
