Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled care in the home, following physician orders and the plan of care. You will educate patients and families and coordinate with the health care team to support high-quality home care outcomes.
Applicants must be a graduate of an approved clinical education program, licensed in their state, and have at least one year of licensed experience, with basic mobile device and technology skills.
