Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate healthcare professionals to administer skilled care to patients in the home. You will teach the patient, family, and health team, and perform services per physician orders and the plan of care.
Required: graduate of an approved school of clinical education, current state licensure, at least one year of licensed professional experience, and basic technology skills including a mobile device.
