Job description
UnitedHealth Group, through Northern Arizona Home Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and direct nursing care in patients’ homes under physician orders and agency guidelines. The role coordinates the total plan of care with the care team to ensure continuity and quality in a home-health setting.
The RN will assess, document, and communicate with physicians, families, and staff, while supporting professional growth and adherence to standards.
