Job description
ABL Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Antioch, CA. The RN will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to maintain high standards of care in the field.
The ideal candidate holds an active California RN license, with Home Health or Hospice experience, and a valid CA driver’s license with ability to travel. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
