Job description
Akron Children’s Hospital is seeking a Home Health Skilled Nursing RN to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will visit multiple patients daily, coordinating with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and community resources to promote optimal outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires BSN preferred (or pursued within 5 years), Ohio RN licensure, and a BLS certification.
