Job description
Visiting Nurse Service Westchester is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Care to base in Putnam or Dutchess counties. The RN will deliver in-home health services, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and coordinate with the patient and health team.
Qualifications include NY RN license, at least 1 year in home health or related medical/surgical settings, driving ability, and comfort using a tablet in the field; Oasis experience preferred.
