Job description
Canyon Colorado Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide intermittent skilled nursing care in patients’ homes within the Denver area. The role operates under physician orders and the plan of care with supervision by the Clinical Manager.
The ideal candidate will be licensed as an RN in the applicable state, have strong initiative, and be able to collaborate with the IDT, other clinicians, patients, and families to deliver high-quality home-based care.
