Job description
VNS Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver personalized home care and care management to New Yorkers in their homes and community settings. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and adjust care plans that improve outcomes.
Requirements include NYS RN license, minimum one year in a medical/surgical environment, and a valid driver’s license outside Manhattan. Wound care certification or willingness to obtain within one year is required;
