Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a CenterWell Home Health Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care under the Clinical Manager, developing personalized care plans and coordinating with physicians.
You will administer medications, perform wound care, educate patients and families, monitor conditions, document care, and oversee Home Health Aides while joining a dedicated team that supports recovery and independence at home.
