Job description
Humana Inc. CenterWell Home Health seeks an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes.
You will create and carry out individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, monitor patient progress, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Responsibilities include skilled nursing, medication administration, wound care, and supervising Home Health Aides.
