Job description
UnitedHealth Group's West Virginia Home Health (a part of LHC Group) is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate in-home nursing care for patients, following physician orders and agency policy. You will supervise home health aides and LVNs, perform comprehensive assessments, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication with physicians, patients, and families.
We expect current RN licensure in the state of practice, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification
