Job description
Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association is seeking a full-time RN to join our home care team serving Columbia/Greene County, NY. You will work with an interdisciplinary team in the home setting, travel between patients, and teach while delivering comprehensive patient care.
Candidates should have 1 year of acute care, rehab, or homecare experience, be well-organized, and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills. Orientation and supervisory support are provided.
