Position Summary
As a Home Health RNutilizingAI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitalsand pain levels, efficiently and accurately. This role is a Pay Per Visit pay model.

Key Responsibilities
Provide patient assessments andmonitorhealth status.
Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands-on care.
Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.
Education And/or Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
Education And/or Experience
CA:Required - Associate's Degree Nursing
Required - 1 year Professional nursing experience.
Preferred - Home Health field experience.
Preferred - IV and Central Line experience
Preferred - Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
Current CPR certification required.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
CA: Required upon hire: California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. In a healthcare setting, exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and conditions typical to the field is expected. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential. Pay Range: $53.79-$66.44 / hour
