Job description
BayCare HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide in-home care to patients within Charlotte County. You will apply nursing processes and clinical standards, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver visits, while ensuring all orders are physician-approved.
An RN license with BLS is required, plus at least 1 year of RN or LPN experience. This full-time role offers strong benefits and opportunities in a large Tampa Bay-area employer.
