Job description
Giving Home Health Care seeks an RN or LPN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care in Monument Valley, AZ. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a 10-hour weekly schedule and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
You will follow physician plans of care, advocate for patients, coordinate with a care team, document care accurately, and uphold safety, dignity, and quality of life in every visit.
