Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed professional to administer skilled care in patients' homes. You will teach patients and families, follow physician orders, and implement the established plan of care with accuracy and compassion.
Requirements include graduation from an approved school of clinical education, active state license, at least one year of licensed professional experience, and basic tech skills to operate mobile devices. Medicare/home health experience is a plus.
