Job description
Alumus Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care, following the nursing process to ensure optimum quality and continuity of care for patients in their homes.
The role includes an initial evaluation visit, ongoing re-evaluations, and the plan of care with necessary revisions. Requires an active RN license and CPR, with at least one year of recent RN experience, preferably in LTC/SNF/Rehab, and offers comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule.
