Job description
Hartford HealthCare at Home in Torrington, CT is seeking a PPV RN to deliver patient-centered care from 65 Commercial Blvd Torrington. The shift runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm, seven days a week with holidays as needed to support PTO and busy seasons.
As part of Hartford HealthCare, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, document using current technology, and help patients regain independence in the home setting.
