Job description
DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive in-home care, including OASIS documentation for Medicare-certified episodes.
You will develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers to support positive outcomes. The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR/BLS certification, OASIS experience, and strong assessment and communication skills.
