Job description
LCMC Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Nurse to deliver personalized care to patients in their homes across Louisiana. You will prioritize, coordinate, and delegate care touchpoints while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality direct patient care.
The role emphasizes wound care, infection control, and patient/family education in a compassionate, flexible environment. Must hold a Louisiana nursing license, BLS, PALs, and a BSN.
