Job description
Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a Skilled Nursing RN for the home health setting in the Mahoning Valley. This part-time role (FTE 0.7) involves visiting multiple patients daily, collaborating with physicians and the care team, and delivering high-quality nursing care in the home environment.
You will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, educate families, and participate in on-call coverage. A BSN is preferred and Ohio RN licensure plus BLS are required.
