Job description
Peace and Harmony Homecare LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional nursing services in patients' homes, collaborating with primary care physicians and educating patients and families. You will develop and implement plans of care, monitor progress, and ensure documentation and coordination with the care team.
The role requires an MA-licensed RN with at least 1 year of home-care experience, a valid CPR certification, and a criminal background check.
