Job description
Akron Children’s Hospital seeks a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in the home setting. You will visit multiple patients daily, coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families, and ensure safe, effective care aligned with state and federal standards.
The role requires a BSN preferred or to be obtained within five years, Ohio RN licensure, and BLS certification.
