Job description
Riverside Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide intermittent visiting home health care in Newport News, VA. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total nursing care for assigned patients under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director.
Responsibilities include supervising support staff, completing documentation, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
