Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home in Beverly, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse for per diem day shifts to deliver home health services. You will assess patients at home, plan and adjust the care plan, administer medications as prescribed, and supervise home health aides every two weeks, all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications include MA RN license, BLS certification, 1 year of direct care nursing (home health/public health preferred), and experience with OASIS and EPIC is preferred.
