Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct home care services. You will build from community resources to meet patient needs in home settings, following home care regulations and payer guidelines.
The role involves completing assessments, initiating and revising plans of care, administering medications, and supervising home health aides every two weeks. OASIS proficiency and EPIC documentation are required to maintain timely records.
