Job description
Concierge Home Care in Venice, FL is seeking a Home Health RN Preceptor to lead and mentor clinical staff while maintaining a manageable caseload. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and a base salary plus bonuses.
Travel within the region is expected to support multiple branches. The ideal candidate has Florida RN licensure, at least two years in home health, and proficiency with OASIS and WellSky/Kinnser EMR.
