Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call

Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor . This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.

Salary: $85K+ (based on experience)
Quarterly performance bonuses (averaging $10-15K per year)
Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (per policy)

3 weeks PTO (increases with tenure)

RN Preceptor Responsibilities
Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance
Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation , and care planning
Deliver skilled nursing care, including: Chronic and acute disease management
Medication management
Wound care and post-surgical care
Pain management
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional visit earnings
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Structured onboarding into the Preceptor role
Ongoing leadership development and training
