Job description
Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in Torrington and surrounding areas. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team in patients’ homes.
Ideal candidates hold an active CT RN license with at least one year of RN experience (homecare preferred), plus a valid driver’s license and strong computer skills to document services using our digital tools.
