About This Role
The Home Health RN provides professional nursing care in a home setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care.

Pay: $56 - $77/hour
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Full Time
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Understand team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.
Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress based on care plans and revise as necessary.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean work environment.
Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in California
