Job description
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse in Senior Services to deliver care coordination and triage for geriatric patients, by phone and in person. The RN will conduct assessments and provide education to patients in their homes or nearby facilities within 20 miles of Rochester.
