Job description
Riverside Health in Accomac, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide intermittent visiting home health care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise non-professional staff to ensure high-quality care.
