Job description
UnitedHealth Group's WillCare home health division seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians and care teams. This role supports outcomes, adheres to regulatory standards, and participates in care planning and patient/family communication.
Primary responsibilities include developing and revising the plan of care, supervising home health aides and LPNs, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
