Job description
Optimal Care, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing in patients' homes and manage caseload from admission through discharge. You will coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and independence. You will travel daily within the Lansing service area, work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, and receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus along with mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
