Job description
Rocky Mountain Health Care Services seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver nursing assessments for Home Care participants in Colorado Springs. You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), participants, and families to implement care plans and deliver patient education.
The role requires Colorado licensure, strong communication, wound care, phlebotomy, medication reconciliation, and EHR documentation. This full-time position offers competitive hourly compensation.
