Job description
Nightingale Visiting Nurses in Taunton, MA is seeking two full-time Registered Nurses to join our growing Taunton-based team. This is a high-impact, territory-based role with full clinical autonomy and strong organizational support.
You will manage a defined patient population in Taunton and nearby areas, perform SOC, Recerts, and routine visits, complete OASIS assessments, and develop Plans of Care, while coordinating with therapists, aides, and physicians in a WellSky environment.
