Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with physicians.
You will assess patients, administer medications, and educate families while coordinating with the care team. The ideal candidate has recent med-surg/ICU/ER experience, an active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
