Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in Mesa County, CO. The role requires an active CO license (or NLC compact) and offers a Monday–Friday day schedule with on-call rotation.
You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with LPNs, therapists, and caregivers while documenting in EMR systems (HCHB experience preferred). Independent visits to patients' homes are expected.
