What You'll Do
As a Home Health RN, you'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, wound care, medication education, disease management, patient and caregiver teaching, care coordination, and clinical documentation.
What You'll Need
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
Home health experience preferred
