Job description
Elite Home Health in Florida is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy per physician orders and plan of care. You will evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence in patients' homes.
The role requires state licensure, CCC-SLP preferred, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license for frequent travel within the territory.
