Job description
Harmony Home Health & Hospice seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home health team in Albuquerque, NM. Clinicians are central to keeping patients safely at home and working with the care team to deliver patient-centered goals.
You will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy in patients’ homes, document in EMR, and educate families. The role offers scheduling flexibility and pathways for advancement.
