Job description
Classic Home Care is seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team in Michigan. This contingent role supports care delivery with a patient-centered approach and collaborative team environment.
The SLP will assess and treat patients under physician plans, coordinate with the patient care team, and contribute to ongoing care planning. A Michigan license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is preferred.
