Job description
Optimal Care is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in patients at home across the Metro Detroit area. You will develop individualized therapy plans and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support meaningful recovery.
