Job description
CenterWell Home Health, a Humana company, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide care in patients' homes or facilities. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, hearing and swallowing disorders, develop care plans, and document patient progress with a focus on quality outcomes.
The role requires an ASHA-certified credential, valid state license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Experience in home health is preferred.
