Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice Careers seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes across the Macon area. You will assess and treat language, speech, and swallowing disorders under physician supervision, coordinating with care teams.
The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license in Georgia, has reliable transportation, and can operate across diverse home settings, including memory care and assisted living environments. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included.
