Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, for a per diem opportunity providing home health visits in Fredericksburg, VA. The role supports adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care and maintain patients at home.
This position requires a VA license as an SLP, ASHA CCC or eligibility, and comfort with EMR documentation.
