Job description
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language pathology services within our home health program. The role involves developing plans of care, conducting visits for assessment, and communicating with physicians to ensure coordinated care for patients and families.
The position requires a Bachelor's in Speech Language Pathology, licensure, and at least one year of home health experience; a Master's degree is preferred.
