Job description
AdvisaCare is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for in-home therapy in St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Grosse Pointe, Monroe, and Belleville.
You’ll deliver personalized evaluations and interventions to improve communication, swallowing safety, and cognitive skills in patients’ homes. You will work within CMS guidelines, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing patient education and caregiver training.
