Job description
Celebrity Home Health, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat eligible home health patients under an authorized plan of care.
The role requires an active Nevada SLP license and Medicare-qualifying education and experience. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting services promptly, and educating patients and caregivers while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
